Chef Saurabh Taneja, currently working as an Executive Chef with The Oberoi Group, since 2007 has a total culinary experience of nearly two decades, with an enriching exposure in varied cuisines such as Chinese, Japanese, Continental, Thai and primarily Indian. Having worked with prestigious and world renowned brands has given him immense opportunity to explore and showcase his skills. Also, worked under the guidance of legendary Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, gave him an edge to enhance his style of presenting food.
